Holiday Updates

hello hello! im back, homework none the lighter. shoot.

uh. oh i forgot to recount my "posh" christmas experience.. "posh" mainly because my cousins who are earning figures more than i can dream of, spent the holidays at lipa city, treated me everywhere, whatever lipa city could offer. i cant believe they lead that lifestyle. its like, hey im earning whatever and ive got nothing to pay it for, so lets just waste them see where our money would lead us. for days, we have pigged out, ate out from morning till dawn the next day. wow. sarap. we went to places, i could only recount as hmmm: the bibingka dampa, a goto house, yellow cab (grabe sawa na ko sa charli chan chicken pasta), chicken ati-atihan at ayala avenue, cafe de lipa, the other coffee house i cant remember its name. et cetera et cetera.

we also visited a far-flung place in the outskirts of lipa city where this certain guy is manufacturing original batangueno tablea, the best of its kind. we brought some home, and asked my far cousin's lola to make chocolate out of them. and she did, and wow, ang sarap.the eve of christmas we were drinking original batangueno tablea chocolate in tea cups, the drink that made lipa city the richest city before, when the cacao tree flourished in the virgin fields of lipa. they have died out now, only a few are left. we have one at my mums place in rosario. but its dying tooo.. hay. sarap pa naman nung tablea chocolate. we could make a fortune out of it really. dahil masarap sya talaga.

uh...

it was sad though because mum got this christmas fever, so she spent the christmas days at the hospital. wawa. we visited every time. dami naman nyang visitors so i guess she's ok.

hay ang dami naming ginawa, hindi ko na maalala. basta nung new year, wala masyado fireworks because they were banned by the local government. tsk tsk. ung pede lng ung mga tipong mamahaling branded fireworks, they ones they set off at celebrations. ung mga bombs at shells. basta.

and wow, ang dami daming food. but i wasnt able to eat them all. there are chocolates, carbonara, adobo, may morcon, pizza, may spaghetti, may sugpo (na binili pa sa dampa sa may paranaque, ang OC noh?), may cakes, hmmm, gutom na ko, may chicken, kung anu ano pa. buhay baboy.

and oh i have a lot of chocolate bars from a wonderful thing that arrives regularly twice a month. its called a balik-bayan box! haha! when you open that wonderful thing, sandamakmak na chocolate ang tatambad sayo. ooooohh...

at minsan, may kasama pang mga damit, tsinelas, sapatos, cap, mga gadgets, laptop, printers, softwares, mga gamit sa bahay, diapers (haha), stuffed toys, toys, et cetera. kung anu ano. weee.

my new year's resolutions:

1. i will be more honest - narealize ko napaka-liar ko, you know, id lie to get around things i dont want to happen, for example, may seccom activity, magllie ako kunwari maraming assignments wala naman. if id do the math, of all the things that i ever said, mga 80% lang ang totoo. this year, i will try my best to be honest all the time. madali lang naman siguro to gawin.

2. hindi na ko mag-uuwi ng laundry sa batangas. mummy got fever because she washed my dirty clothes, eh ang dami nun. so, sa laundry house ko na lang papalaba.

3. i will be a happier person. i get it, tayo talaga ang nagdedecide if we will lead a happy or sad life. life is too short to be grumpy all the time, so let's just be happy and hustle life like its one big party.. :)

un. after the christmas and new year frenzy punta naman kami sa hospital ulet to get my ear checked. you see i get this stinging pain whenever i move about, tapos nung nagkasakit ako before magnew-year, it was giving me headaches and lahlah, basta minsan nag-blow ako and i spat blood. so we went to the doctor. sabi nya, one cause of the pain is that nagasgas ung middle canal minsang ngcclean ako ng ear. it was even aggravated because whenever i clean my ear, i dab the cotton heads with alcohol, (kala ko mas ok un, hindi pala) so ang nangyari na-dry ung skin nung inside ear, kaya naging flaky, so tuyong tuyo ung surrounding nung sugat. dumugo tuloy. eh nagkasipon pa ko, so the other side of the ear drum was clogged with phlegm and blood, kaya i hear ringing and i get stinging sensations and sometimes i get feelings of vertigo. so ang ginawa ni doc, nilinis nya ung tenga ko (cool ung equipment, parang vacuum. i wish i have that one at home, para hindi na ko gagamit ng cotton buds), tas he gave me instructions how to take care of my ears.

now im under medication, i feel like my liver is drowning from all the drug fluids that getting into my system. i have an expectorant, an antibiotic, and an ear med. hmmm, sana walang mangyari sa liver ko. at sana gumaling na ang ears ko.

next up, ung damaged fingers ko naman. no, hindi ako naputukan. its just that i have skin lessions on my fingers, more of like warts, dahil sa aking pagddrums for the pep squad. naging invasive ung virus na nagccause nung lessions so we have to go to our derma, oo ung same derma na freaky (naku baka magpass-out na naman ako. haay). this time hindi na botox ituturok sa fingers ko, ilelaser na ung mga warts. yey! pero scarry. mainit ba un?

uh. un. nakita ko na pala ung nawawala kong mga gamit. nakakalat lang sila sa tambayan. good thing no one dared to throw them away. i would kill for my form5.

hmmm, chocolate! babay, im going to get myself a sugar rush. zweeep!

PSS. sobrang na-enjoy ko ang gift sakin ni pia. i guess kelangan ko pumunta sa divi to get me pirated copies of friends. saya!
