hhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy...

what a life that was.

compet's over. all the month's staying late, not giving enough attention for acads, sweating like pigs - all the effort we had put up had finally reached its vertical limit. i am enthralled, happy, and sad all at the same time.

we finished third... not too bad for a squad who started training only a month ago. partida. and we still landed third, munch on it. uste is hailed champion again. well, can i just say how bored i was watching their routine... what else is new? the piruettes, floor routines, and omg, the can-can. gawd, its very lame. and yellow is supposed to be the color for creativity. uste doesn't represent. just the same old rotten routine. and what bothers me is that that same routine keeps winning over and over again... i say, uste should get a breath of fresh air. and it leads me to the point why salinggawi didnt join the past ncc competitions - they're afraid the foreign judges might find their choreo a bit off and amateurish. i mean look at UP. they keep reinventing themselves, dancing to the tune of samba, or as in this compet, to capoeira. im sure not one of the other universities would ever think about that. it's always UP. always the first one to do something. then when it did, others will adopt. case in point - plagiarism. and why am i not surprised.

did you know that UP was the first university to ever have a floor routine? in the past, the cheers are just lifts and dances (street dances or whatever). now everyone has a floor routine. and it has become a cheering standard in the UAAP. think trend-setters.

UP is the blood of athletics in UAAP. others are mere extracellular material.

to the UP pep squad: congratulations!

Note: i had a big kilig moment yesterday during the victory party. you see i have this big crush on an alumni who's uber uber hot. i could cum by just staring at her. she calls herself easai. so she's ate easai to us. and she was there. at the victory party. and she was like directly across my table. i scored one when i got myself a refill from the juice carafe, which was just beside her, and she told me: "ambango mo naman..."
